Fourth layer · living product

The infinite improvement loop.

At LysAI, software does not freeze at delivery. It is a living product — always working toward perfection — fed by how your teams actually work. Competitors rarely offer this by design. We do.

01 · Elsewhere

Delivery that freezes the product.

Many business tools and AI offers stop at go-live. Security patches, yes — but little continuous trade-specific evolution. Generic chatbots do not learn your firm: they answer like yesterday.

You bend your processes to the tool, or you go back to spreadsheets. The “product” becomes something you carry, not something that carries you.

02 · By design

A living product, not a fixed release.

The improvement loop is the fourth layer of every LysAI engagement — alongside scoping, software, and governed AI. It is not a premium add-on after the fact: it is how the studio is built.

Each cycle starts with your feedback: in the software, a structured form to request a new workflow or an enhancement — our team is notified for study and integration. Plus scheduled reviews, steps to compress, refined rules, and a sharper assistant. The product moves toward what your trade actually needs — continuously.

Real production usage

Not an abandoned pilot — real files, human signatures, pushback when the assistant is wrong.

In-app requests

Structured form in the application: new workflow, enhancement, or trade correction. Each submission notifies the LysAI team for study and planned integration — not a lost email.

Documented releases

Software, workflows, registry assistant — every cycle leaves a verifiable trail.

Trade personalization

LoRA and rules under PIA when you allow it — the assistant fits your trade, not the market.

03 · Mechanics

How the loop runs.

The same loop applies to fonciq, Cocon, and the Program — only scale changes (a syndicate, a firm, a ministry).

In every business application, users can submit a **structured request** (new workflow, step improvement, rule fix). The system alerts our team: triage, feasibility, prioritization, then integration in a documented release — with you, under the Covenant.

Elsewhere

  • Go-live = end of the project.
  • Trade evolution = new mandate or new tool.
  • Generic AI = same model for every client.
  • No public record of what changed and why.

LysAI

  • Go-live = start of the loop.
  • Structured in-app requests → team notified → planned, published releases.
  • Trade assistant refined (sources, tasks, LoRA under governance).
  • Audit journal, identity cards, transparency report.

Your teams use the software

Real files, human signatures, rejections when the assistant is wrong — the field speaks.

Signals come back

Structured requests from the app (workflow, enhancement) plus scheduled reviews, corrections, and adoption signals — Law 25 respected.

The studio ships a release

Adjusted workflows, business rules, updated assistant — traceable changes.

The loop runs again

↺ Less routine, fewer errors, more time for the profession — every cycle.

04 · Advantage

What other products do not offer this way.

Horizontal vendors sell an API or copilot: not your trade, not your loop. Integrators deliver a project, then bill phase two. LysAI operates the software and owns the infinite loop — under the same Covenant, with public transparency (/transparence) and named agents (/agents).

That is a competitive advantage because it is embedded in the Quebec agentic studio model: vertical trade, public registry, data in Quebec, product that does not freeze.

FAQ · Infinite improvement loop

Frequently asked questions.

Is the improvement loop included in every engagement?

Yes. Scoping, software, governed AI, and the improvement loop are delivered at every step — Program, fonciq, Cocon, or custom software. Discovery documents the review cadence before Build.

Is this the same as a maintenance contract?

No. Maintenance fixes and secures. The loop improves the trade: newly compressed tasks, refined assistant, workflows that match reality. Both can coexist, but the loop is the heart of the living product.

How do we request a new workflow or enhancement?

Inside the business software: a structured form describing the need (workflow, enhancement, fix). The LysAI team is notified for study and integration in the next cycle — alongside scheduled reviews with you.

How does LysAI prove the loop is turning?

Public product versions, updated agent identity cards, /transparence reports, Filigrane audits. Not a PowerPoint roadmap — verifiable proof.
